WebMy h100i is set to exhaust and keeps my oc'd 3570k pretty cool (20's idle, 30-40's use, 70's benchmark), but my gpu usually runs in the 40's-50's so theres not much heat being sent through it. IMO exhaust looks better, and assuming you have some sort of filter for your intake fans, keeps the radiator cleaner as well.
