The doctor just started me on Vit D 1,000 IU a day. I've only been on it for two days but my bones hurt worse now than before and I am having more of the tingling/burning/Pop Rock feelings than before. Just curious if this sounds familiar to anyone. After that, no problems. It is almost as if my esophagus isn't prepared and needs to be relaxed first. Is this a thing? Sometimes when I eat, sometimes after, last 2 nights at 3 or 4 am. I have tried to see if maybe it was something I ate, but it is sporadic, definitely worse if I don't "measure" my food and might over eat.
