WebI bought the 20 gallon kit. I could not get the Topfin Power Filter to work. It would not suck water. I followed the package instructions and troubleshooting. I thought it to was defective so I returned it to Petsmart and got the same filter off the shelf. They replaced it at no charge. Got it home and had the EXACT same problem.
