Alright so yeah, I just confirmed that Alt+F4 is the only thing that works for me in FL Studio. No Alt+P for picker panel, no Alt+F8 for browser, etc. The Alt key works fine in Windows normally, Alt+Tab and other things work without issues. I'm using FL Studio 12.5.1 if that helps.
