WebLevel MB recently completed a historic redevelopment of a 15,000 SF multi-use building located on the town square in Troy, Ohio, for our organization, Troy Community Works. This was a complex project that presented some insurmountable challenges, like only a 160-year-old historic building can. But fees can be much higher than that, depending on the size and complexity of the job.
