Prusaslicer is applying fan speeds in a way incompatible with how Marlin handles tool changes, and there is no way to make a proper custom toolchange gcode workaround, as neither the layer number nor the current fan speed are available there. Currently, to the best of my knowledge, when using the measuring tool in the slicer, it measures from point to point in an absolute straight line, it does not take into account what the distance would be if the line followed a curved outline of a model.
